Domain names can be whatever we want, however does a company have the right to own the name, yes. Okay, if they have gone through and registered it and it is. If an ingenues person buys the rights to a Domain name that is not owned buy the company or person, does a company or a person have the right to the name because they are famous or they made the name famous? I am Legend Review: Will Smith

This fresh look to a classic book that has been made into a movie is just that, our kids generation of computer generated graphics so all that is not real can be seen on the big screen. Will Smith does a stunning job of bringing his character to life on the big screen and gives us a desired hope for the last man of the human race. He does an outstanding job of holding the attention of the audience, in a single actor movie that we have not scene since Tom Hanks in Castaway.

The big build up in the darkness that surrounds him is not unlike the darkness that surrounds each of us as we struggle through the morale issues of today's society, and then, suddenly, the horrific creatures of the night become visible to us, and here is were it all comes to an end. The computer generated creatures of the dark are less than horrifying and to much on unreal side of reality. Now, I do like cheesy Sci-fi as it is one of my favorite subjects, however most will find that the creatures of this dark tell fall far short after such an intense build up. I enjoyed the pondering of our own nature and the questions that we are left with. Many critics do not agree. They feel that it is an unresolved and unfulfilled conflict that should have had more depth and detail. You will have to be the judge. It is all a matter of opinion and perspective. I enjoyed the chance to catch this one on the big screen for Will Smith's performance, however there are many that will simple want to see this one on the DVD, it helps when you can see all the bloopers, deleted scenes and sometimes an alternate ending.

I can't wait to see what the reaction will be when this movie goes to DVD and we get the chance to look behind the scenes and give credit for all the hard work that was involved.

Donald Fehr - He "reacts" to the Mitchell Report

Donald Fehr speaks out on the Mitchell Report.
"We were not afforded that opportunity," said Fehr. "I think in this context that is extraordinarily unusual in a collective bargaining context. Doing that in and of itself says something about the bargaining relationship. They did what they did."

"The program today is a strong and effective one and has even been improved in the two years since it has been announced," he said. "So far as I can tell, the report does not suggest that the program is failing to pick up any steroid use which is possible to detect."

"Many players are named," said Fehr. "Their reputations have been adversely effected, probably forever even if it turns out down the road that they should not have been. In my view anyone interested in fairly assessing the allegations against the players should consider the nature of the evidence presented and the reliability of the source."

"I hope that I will conclude, down the road after we've had a chance to look at what happens, that it was not detrimental," said Fehr of the report. "I will let you know when I'm in a position to make that judgment. I'm not today."

Dunstan Baby Language... The Sign Language of babies.

"My Baby Can Talk™ - Exploring Signs" introduces babies to twenty-four words and signs to encourage them to explore and begin to communicate about the wonders of the world around them. This playful exploration presents baby's expanding world in a fun and fascinating way -- offering words and signs for colors, foods, nature and play. Included is a Parent Tutorial focusing on key guidelines to begin signing with babies as well as additional signs for parents to teach their little ones -- including signs for emotions. This program also includes a printed Quick Reference Signing Card offering illustrations of the signs presented.

The format of the "My Baby Can Talk™" series is specifically designed to respect the developmental stage, attention span and intellect of babies from 10 to 36 months. This series features beautiful real world images, delightful puppet shows, colorful toys in motion and babies communicating with simple gestures. Each sign is demonstrated by babies and an adult, making the "My Baby Can Talk™" series the first baby sign language program to feature preverbal babies signing all the words presented.

"Sign language is helping parents to fully appreciate how truly brilliant their preverbal babies are simply because babies are now able to communicate before they can speak." said Kathleen Waidhofer, Creative Director of Baby Hands Productions. "The concept is very simple. At ten months of age the average hearing baby is unable to speak but is able to use simple hand movements to communicate basic wants and needs instead of crying."

Research has shown that babies are able to communicate using baby sign language well before their vocal capacity to formulate spoken words is developed. Babies who use sign language tend to speak sooner with larger vocabularies, show an increase in IQ scores and engage in more sophisticated play. Preverbal signing has also been shown to reduce the frustration broadly associated with "the terrible twos."

Senator George Mitchell is releasing his report on the highly anticipated drug use (Steroids) in the MLB (Major League Baseball). According to ESPN Pitchers Roger Clemens and Andy Pettitte along with approximately 50 current and former players will be named as having been doping during their professional careers.

The Mitchell Report as it is being called by the news media will supposedly shed light on the commissioner's office and players union tolerated "the presences of and use of steroids, stimulants and human growth hormone" lead to the MVP and Cy Young Award winning Players.

The Mitchell List as the "Players" are calling it, is over 300 pages long plus attachments. Has officially been released. More than half the players on the list are no longer active in the MLB. Players have obtained these drugs through "rejuvenation centers" to try and cover their activities. Is this to be the most prevalent change to baseball since the 1919 World Series were the Chicago White Sox, (Known as the Black Sox) took a bribe to lose the World Series.

Mitchell's Report - Is it the 8 men out slap of our time? Is this the beginning of the end for the MLB? Only you can decide. After all you are the one who has to pay for the tickets.
