Jiverly Voong has be identified as the Binghamton shooter, AKA Linh Phat Voong (Wong) was ID from the information carried on him. He parked a car he had burrowed at the back of the American Civic Association and proceeded into the building carrying guns and ammo.

He brutally shoot the receptionist whom played dead as the gunman stalked off down the hall to a classroom that was currently in use. He continued his shooting rampage until it appears he finally turned the gun on himself and took his own life.

There are reported 14 dead and 4 critically injured. Let us hope and pray for those 4 innocent people that they all recover.

Iowa Supreme Court and Lawyers are hammering away at gay marraige again

Iowa Supreme Court and Lawyers have once again decided that the votes and opinions of the nation are to be set aside so that the minority has precedent over the what was once the American way.
I find it amazing how easy it has become for the law of the land (or state in this case) have come to mean so little in our country. It is any wonder that crime is a problem.
Didn't they vote on this. I know that they had a vote in California and the constitution was amended in the exact same way. Does voting mean anything any more or do the lawyers get to make all the decisions and they just need to find a judge to back them on it.
What are these lawyers thinking? What are they teaching their children?
I want a lawyer to explain this if they can, because as far as I can tell, this is the end of America. It no longer matters what the majority says is right, a minority with a lawyer is the way to get what you want in this country any more.

Nancy Killefer has been announced by president elect Barak Obama for the new cabinet position Performance Job. This is a new position created to check up and eventually try and streamline government spending on programs that are not efficiently producing the intended results.

The reasoning behind this new position is great. However, every time we create something like this we spend money and then no one can be held accountable due to the fact that it creates to much stress and hardship on employees to actually be held accountable for all the time that they are suppose to be working and yet only about 4 hours of work seems to be accomplished.
