There has been a student at the San Jose based Branham High School that apparently has tested positive for the Swine flu. In a safety precaution the school has closed its doors until May 6th.
The Campbell Union High School district has sent an alert out, that a student that attended school tested positive and might have inadvertently spread the virus to others that the student was in contact with.
On Tuesday, a 16 year old female in San Jose was the first reported case of a positive test result for swine flu in the Santa Clara County area. They are asking for parents to check their children, if they are feeling sick,symptoms include cough, fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat and vomiting.

Swine Flu Orlando Florida, It is not confirmed as of yet
There is a reported and not yet confirmed case of swine flu in Orlando Florida. The hospital has not yet confirmed or denied the the swine flu, but is leaving Confirmation of a positive or negative tests of swine flu from Department of Health labs and the Centers for Disease Control.
The infected patient is a tourist from Mexico who visited Disney attractions over the weekend and the new concern is whom they might have come in contact with and how many people might have been exposed to the potential flu threat.
The out break in Mexico City has lead to the closing of schools and the city streets to have grown quite. The earthquake forced people out into the streets and into contact with each other. Potential sustaining the life of the flu in Mexico.
