Brando died Saturday morning at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, said David Seeley, an attorney representing Marlon Brando's estate. Seeley said Brando was taken to the hospital on Jan. 11.
The legal proceedings against a Brando for the killing of Dag Drollet caused a firestorm of media attention. His legendary actor father used his estate near Coldwater Canyon to post the $2 million bond for his son and later offered rambling and emotional testimony pleading for leniency for the oldest of his nine children.

Christine Beatty lied under oath.
The USA Today.com has more on the story.
Many opinions are stating that the mayor and Christine Beatty should both step down from their posts.

Here is my question to you. With so many services like eHarmony.com available to anyone, why did they feel the need to do it? It is just to close contact that the desire is to irresistible?

Dana Jacobson of ESPN is benched?
After what is being called inappropriate comments, chicagotribune.com about Dana Jacobson roasting of Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic.
Should someone in the mediate be suspended for make a fool of themselves? Is this your prospective? associatedcontent.com thinks that it is well overplayed.
The Blogger News Network an interesting part of the story about one of the things she had to say that seems to have been buried by the mediate.
So it go this far? What is the reason behind her suspension? I get the reality that she is a public figure. So what that does not mean she has to be inhuman.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is today and many are remembering back.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is today and the United States takes a little time off to remember him.
Calling today a sacred holiday the Chiagotribune.com talks about the the spiritual aspects of his life.
In the SFGate.com article there is more information on his effect on modern day American and the upcoming election.
On a more personal level Roanoke.com is asking Virginians how they feel that things have changed since the death of King 40 years ago.
I believe that he was a great inspirational leader that did not allow others to push him around. He was one of the few men that had a voice that was not going to be silenced until he was heard and all of America's eyes were opened.
It is sad that it took his life for our predecessors to open there eyes and return to the change of laws and rules to once again put us back on track. To follow through with the idea that all men (and women) were created equal.
