On Tuesday night at 9 p.m. police arrested James Michael Biela, 17, of Sparks, Nevada, was taken into custody and booked on the suspicion of kidnapping, murder and sexual assault. He was booked at the Washoe County Jail.
It is believed that he abducted Denison while she slept at her friend's place while on winter break in January of 2008. Biela's DNA sample matched evidence found at the crime scene in February.

I'm pretty sure he's 27, not 17.
Also, the man is being tried in court not only for Brianna Denison's death, but also several rape charges and attempted rapes. Apparently during the trial one girl pointed at him and said she was certain he's the man who raped her.. chances are good he'll be convicted of at least ONE of the offenses he's being tried for.
