Lisa Madigan, Illinois Attorney General has called for the temporary removal of Governor Rod Blagojevich from office.
Blagojevich is currently being charged with trying to sale Barack Obama's senator seat to the highest bidder. Madigan wants all Blagojevich's powers as Governor removed on the bases that impeachment will take to long and that the Governor is not acting in the best interest of the people he is suppose to be serving. Madigan has asked that Lt. Gov. Patrick Quinn to be granted temporary appointment of Governor.
With the charges against Blagojevich, it is obvious that he is not acting in any ones interest but his own, asking that anyone taking Obama's seat would have to support the Governor in his political decisions.

The F 18 crash san diego - What does the military plan to do?
On Dec, 8th, 2008 a F 18 crash san diego was reported. That is a Military Jet an F 18 crashed into a residential area in San Diego. Over 20 residence were evacuated from their homes and have not returned.
The military should be held accountable for this tragedy. Three people have died from this accident and this community now lives with fear every time they hear an F 18 fly over head.
Should there be a ban on the military flying war planes over residential areas?

The Beige Book, the economic book for the feds
The beige book, the Federal Reserve's beige book. Show that as of Wednesday, Dec, 2, 2008, that the overall economic activity has weakened across all Federal Reserve Districts. (Big shock there! Not!!)
The book is compilation of anecdotal evidence of economic conditions in each of the twelve Federal Reserve districts. It noted consumer spending is weak, within each districts generally report, showing a decrease in sales.
The report shows that the bargain and discount stores are showing an increase in spending, while the once more popular department stores are slowing down. This coupled with the constriction in the service industry from the last report are not surprising to anyone and very much expected.

The Marriage Calculator!
You have all heard it. You only have a 50-50 chance of your marriage lasting. Now, we have some good news for you. The odds of your marriage lasting is going up and the truth is that there are several other factors that must be accounted for before you can give an accurate accounting for you chance of a long and fruitful marriage.
Betsey Stevenson of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School said that since about 1979 the divorce rate in the USA has been on a slow but steady decline.
There are several factors but many are starting to argue that as we have eased our way towards the current recession that more people are willing to stick together than be forced to go it alone. (Just one opinion of many).
With sites out there on the internet like Secretsoffamilylaw.com offering help with child custody and putting parents in touch with resources that not only help them with the legal system but allow them the opportunity to see what they are going to have to go through just to retain or obtain custody of their children, it is an eye opening experience for newly married couples that are stressed out over finances and the happiness of their children.
I want to thank Secretsoffamilylaw.com for letting us review their materials and interviews with the company. They are extremely helpful.

The Alabama's slammer is going to have a new tenant - Mayor of Birmingham Larry Langford.
Its not just a drink, the Alabama slammer might have a new inmate, Mayor Larry Langford, of the city of Birmingham.
It appears that he has been worried more about his pocket than the city. He was arrested Monday on federal bribery and fraud charges connected to a multibillion-dollar sewer bond deal that has driven the surrounding county to the brink of bankruptcy.
Montgomery investment banker Bill Blount and lobbyist Al LaPierre were charged in the 101-count indictment released Monday.

Susan Rice is currently the UN ambassador choice?
President elect Barack Obama has chosen Susan Rice as his pick as the UN ambassador. He is picking an advocate of “dramatic action” against genocide. He wants to round out his national security team. The USA and maybe even the world watches as he puts together the next presidential entourage for world peace.

The new inside trader, Mark Cuban
Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, is the latest inside trader that is going to be go to jail.
SEC has filed charges that Mark had insider information when he sold his 600,000 stocks of Mamma.com. Several days later the company announced a stock offering and as expected within several weeks Mamma.com stocks went from $13.50 to $8 per share.
It is amazing at the cost that we will have to suffer to try someone that is obviously guilty according to statements made.

Summer Phoenix giving advice to bro Joaquin Phoenix
The words are: Joaquin Phoenix is retiring from Hollywood at the age of 34. (How can I retire at age 34, to late).
Casey Affleck has more or less confirmed that Joaquin is serious about his plans to retire. He states that he wishes to spend more time working on his music.
He has the support of his sister Summer Phoenix, known to be a PETA activist. Is supporting her brothers's choice to work on his singing career.
I wish him the best of luck.

More Obama, Are you sick of it yet?
Why is it that he is allowed to have seven magazine covers on Time Magazine and yet John McCain the Republican rival for presidency only has had two cover appearances on the magazine.
All media groups are required by federal mandated law to give equal time to all parties. Has it become so blatant that our political parties in this country are ready to show us the fact that they do not believe that they have to follow the laws that they would uphold the rest of us to?

Christian Brando Dies at L.A. Hospital
Brando died Saturday morning at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, said David Seeley, an attorney representing Marlon Brando's estate. Seeley said Brando was taken to the hospital on Jan. 11.
The legal proceedings against a Brando for the killing of Dag Drollet caused a firestorm of media attention. His legendary actor father used his estate near Coldwater Canyon to post the $2 million bond for his son and later offered rambling and emotional testimony pleading for leniency for the oldest of his nine children.

Christine Beatty lied under oath.
The USA Today.com has more on the story.
Many opinions are stating that the mayor and Christine Beatty should both step down from their posts.
Here is my question to you. With so many services like eHarmony.com available to anyone, why did they feel the need to do it? It is just to close contact that the desire is to irresistible?

Dana Jacobson of ESPN is benched?
After what is being called inappropriate comments, chicagotribune.com about Dana Jacobson roasting of Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic.
Should someone in the mediate be suspended for make a fool of themselves? Is this your prospective? associatedcontent.com thinks that it is well overplayed.
The Blogger News Network an interesting part of the story about one of the things she had to say that seems to have been buried by the mediate.
So it go this far? What is the reason behind her suspension? I get the reality that she is a public figure. So what that does not mean she has to be inhuman.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is today and many are remembering back.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is today and the United States takes a little time off to remember him.
Calling today a sacred holiday the Chiagotribune.com talks about the the spiritual aspects of his life.
In the SFGate.com article there is more information on his effect on modern day American and the upcoming election.
On a more personal level Roanoke.com is asking Virginians how they feel that things have changed since the death of King 40 years ago.
I believe that he was a great inspirational leader that did not allow others to push him around. He was one of the few men that had a voice that was not going to be silenced until he was heard and all of America's eyes were opened.
It is sad that it took his life for our predecessors to open there eyes and return to the change of laws and rules to once again put us back on track. To follow through with the idea that all men (and women) were created equal.

World Golf Tour is it real or digital?
Many golfers have turned to a new way of golfing, or should I say an old way with a new face.
Video or digital golf has been around for 20 years now, even the Atari 2600 had a kids mini-golf game. This was done with blocks of pixels and even the ball was square.
Snapping back to the new millennium, we take a look at were we have come.
Fortune Article
This is becoming one of the hottest sites in the arm-chair golfer world. There are many coarse golfers that have put down the real clubs to pickup and compete in this around the world simulation. I don't think you will see this at the Orlando Show. Video clips from the Orlando PGA Merchandise show.
Now that this site has a strong following of men there is no doubt that they will inevitably be trying to gain the women's following as well. (Updates from the LPGA Tour)
As the numbers of stay at home or soccer mom's increases and they have started to seek out work at home opportunities such as Secret Shopping. They now have more disposable income and have started seeking out golf as a way to relax and get in a light bit of exercise.
This will be as much potential for those moms that have a full schedule and can't get away to the course to simply fire up there computer and get in a quick 9 holes without having to leave the comfort of there home.

Strait of Hormuz, US Navy threatened!Strait of Hormuz, US Navy threatened!
The Strait of Hormuz is starting to heat up as five Iranian revolutionary guard boats provoked three US Navy ships in one of the best strategic location for Opec's trade route.
This could lead to more problems for the US if there is a military build up in the strait or the gulf that is part of the Iranian coast.
This is believed to be the result of US interfering in the Islamic nuclear program. Do we have another war pending in our future and will we lose our import of oil if there is?

Corey Feldman speaks :)
Coery Feldman has much still to offer as The Lost Boys 2: The Tribe makes its way to DVD. He is doing well and has much to be proud of since his role in movies like Meatballs 4. There is talk of Lost boys 3 and yet much isn't really being said about it. He is charming and still a favorite of the camera. He is a good actor and has many great skills that he has used to further his career. Will have follow in the standard trilogy or not?
