Domain names can be whatever we want, however does a company have the right to own the name, yes. Okay, if they have gone through and registered it and it is. If an ingenues person buys the rights to a Domain name that is not owned buy the company or person, does a company or a person have the right to the name because they are famous or they made the name famous?
